Terms of Service

Effective April 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of godrr.com(the “Site”) and any services performed by Disaster Recovery Restoration LLC (“DRR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of Services

DRR provides professional water damage, fire and smoke, mold, biohazard, storm, and reconstruction services. Services are performed in accordance with the applicable ANSI/IICRC standards, OSHA regulations, and the terms of any executed service agreement.AZ ROC #349012. Licensed, bonded, and insured.

2. No Emergency Guarantee Through the Site

Our 24/7 dispatch line at (602) 228-9494 is the only authorized channel for requesting immediate emergency response. Web forms, AI Restoration Industry Assistant responses, and email submissions are not a substitute for calling dispatch. For active life-safety events, call 911 first.

3. AI Tools Disclaimer

The AI Restoration Industry Assistant, Restoration Calculators, Intelligence Hub, and any other AI-assisted tools on the Site are provided as informational aids and are not a substitute for on-site assessment by a certified restoration professional, licensed structural engineer, certified industrial hygienist, or other qualified expert. DRR does not warrant that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Do not share Patient Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive facility data through any AI tool on this Site.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided before on-site inspection are preliminary and subject to change. Final pricing is determined after scope, site conditions, and required equipment are confirmed. All services are governed by the service agreement you sign with DRR.

5. Account and Portal Access

Access to the employee portal at /portal is restricted to authorized DRR personnel. Unauthorized access, attempted access, or use of the portal is strictly prohibited and may violate federal and state computer fraud statutes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, copy, images, code, software, the Restoration Industry Resources tools, case studies, and executive summaries of industry standards — is owned by Disaster Recovery Restoration LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Executive summaries of IICRC standards are educational fair use and do not reproduce copyrighted IICRC text. Official standards are available for purchase at iicrc.org.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Site to upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users’ access.
  • Scraping the Site at a rate that degrades service quality.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy Site source code except as permitted by law.
  • Impersonating DRR personnel or representing yourself as affiliated with DRR without written authorization.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party resources (for example iicrc.org, nadca.com, restorationindustry.org). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DRR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DRR FOR SERVICES, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Restoration services performed under a signed service agreement are governed by the warranty provisions of that agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Disaster Recovery Restoration LLC harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
