An independent industrial hygienist (IH) or indoor air quality (IAQ) professional collects air samples inside the remediated area and outside for comparison. Results are analyzed by a certified lab. Passing clearance means the space has returned to Condition 1 — normal fungal ecology comparable to outdoor baseline.
