About DRR
Careers at DRR
We are building a team of the best in the restoration industry. If you bring the technical depth, the integrity, and the work ethic, we will invest in your career.
Why DRR
A team that takes the work seriously
At DRR, every team member is a W-2 employee — not a 1099 sub. We believe that if someone is representing DRR on a job, they deserve the stability, protections, and benefits of being a full employee. That is not common in restoration. We do it anyway.
We sponsor IICRC training and certification for every eligible team member. Whether you are working toward your WRT, your ASD, or your AMRT, DRR pays the cost and the time. We want a credentialed team, and we make it possible.
We also offer a real career path. Technicians who demonstrate technical aptitude and character are developed into project managers, estimators, and field supervisors. We promote from within — always.

What We Look For
The four things that matter most
Credentials can be earned. These four qualities are what we look for first — and what we build on.
Technical Aptitude
You understand why things work, not just how to follow instructions. You ask questions, read the standard, and want to know the science behind the drying curve.
Integrity & Character
You do the right thing when no one is watching. You won't cut corners, won't pad a scope, and won't put a job out that you wouldn't be proud to put your name on.
Work Ethic
Large-loss restoration is not a 9-to-5. You show up ready, you stay until the job is right, and you carry the weight of the project with the team.
Team Orientation
You make the people around you better. You communicate, you help, and you understand that the best outcome for the client is a team outcome — not an individual one.
Culture
How we work
DRR culture is built on four operating principles that define how we show up for the work, for clients, and for each other.
Field-First Mentality
Leadership comes to the job. We don't manage from desks — we are on site, in the field, working alongside the crew. Every decision at DRR is made with field reality in mind.
Documentation Culture
We document everything, every time. It protects the client, it protects the claim, and it protects the technician. If it wasn't documented, it didn't happen.
Continuous Education
DRR pays for IICRC training, certifications, and continuing education. We expect our team to grow, and we invest in making that happen. The industry is always evolving — so do we.
Mutual Respect
Every person on a DRR job is treated with respect — from the newest field tech to the founder. We don't operate with unnecessary hierarchy, and we don't tolerate disrespect in any direction.
