What it is
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification designates DRR as a certified firm — verifiable at iicrc.org. Includes active WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT, CDS, HST, and TCST technician certifications.

AHERA Building Inspector & Project Designer
What it is
EPA-required asbestos hazard evaluation, inspection, and abatement project design certifications under TSCA Title II. Required before disturbing any building materials in pre-1981 structures.

HAZWOPER 40-Hour
What it is

What it is
Arizona Registrar of Contractors license for both commercial and residential reconstruction — bonded and insured. Legally required to perform rebuild and reconstruction work anywhere in Arizona.

AZ ROC CR-42 Specialty Dual Roofing License
What it is
Arizona Registrar of Contractors Specialty Dual CR-42 Roofing license — active and bonded through RLI Insurance Company. Issued 2026-04-16, valid through 2028-04-30. Covers all residential and commercial roofing repair, replacement, and storm-damage restoration in Arizona.

Workers' Compensation EMR — 0.97
What it is
Experience Modification Rate of 0.97 for the current policy term (10/19/2025–10/19/2026). An EMR below 1.00 reflects fewer and less severe Workers' Comp claims than industry average — a direct indicator of field safety culture and operational discipline. Three-year loss runs available upon request.
