What We Do
Rapid Stabilization to Stop the Damage Clock
Available 365 Days a Year
No holidays, no reduced-staffing nights, no answering service. Every call reaches a DRR-employed certified technician who can authorize dispatch and begin the intake process immediately.
Sub-60-Minute Deployment
Our Maricopa County response target is under 60 minutes from your call to boots on the ground. Strategically staged equipment means crews are never more than a few minutes from dispatch, day or night.
Certified Crew — Not a Call Center
Many restoration companies route emergency calls through a national call center that dispatches an unfamiliar subcontractor. At DRR, the person who answers is the technician who shows up — every time.
Immediate Tarping, Boarding & Extraction
Emergency stabilization — roof tarping, structural boarding, and standing-water extraction — begins within minutes of arrival to stop secondary damage before it compounds the primary loss. Every minute matters.
Water Main Shutoff Assistance
Active water intrusion requires the source to be stopped before any meaningful mitigation can begin. Our crew can assist with water main shutoff locating and valve operation on arrival — reducing total water volume and downstream damage.
Insurance Carrier Notification
We help you initiate your insurance claim from the scene — contacting your carrier, documenting initial conditions on video, and providing the adjuster with a preliminary scope summary before we leave day one.
Why DRR
The Fastest Response in Maricopa County — Certified, Every Time
Speed matters in disasters, but so does who shows up. DRR combines sub-60-minute response with IICRC-certified technicians who begin documentation, extraction, and stabilization simultaneously. You are never waiting on a crew that has to learn your situation from scratch — we arrive informed, equipped, and authorized to act.
FAQ
24/7 emergency response — FAQ
Are you really 24/7?
Yes — staffed dispatch around the clock, 365 days a year. Holidays and overnight calls go to a live person, not a voicemail box. Our after-hours response and weekend response are the same as our weekday response.
What's your typical on-site response time?
60 minutes is our target on most callouts across Phoenix Metro. Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, and central Phoenix calls usually beat that. Far West Valley and far Southeast Valley (Buckeye, Surprise, San Tan Valley) can take longer in heavy traffic — your dispatcher will tell you a realistic ETA when you call.
What does "emergency mitigation" actually include?
Whatever stops the loss from getting worse — water extraction, structural drying setup, board-up of broken windows or doors, roof tarping, tree removal off structures, soot containment, biohazard stabilization. The goal is to get you stable in the first 24 hours so the full restoration scope can be planned without ongoing damage.
Do you handle nights, weekends, and holidays?
Yes — same crews, same equipment, same response time. Most of our emergency volume happens outside business hours, especially during monsoon season.
Will my insurance cover emergency response?
Almost always. Sudden-and-accidental loss policies (which is the standard form) cover emergency mitigation explicitly — carriers want you to mitigate to minimize the total claim. We document everything from arrival and submit the emergency-services scope alongside the main claim.
What if I'm not sure whether it's a real emergency?
Call. There's no charge to talk to dispatch. If we determine it can wait until morning, we'll tell you and schedule. If it can't, we dispatch. The cost of waiting on something that turns out to be Category 3 water or fire-driven structural compromise is much higher than a phone call.
Can you secure the property after a fire or break-in?
Yes — board-up of windows and doors, roof tarping, perimeter security, and content protection are all standard emergency-response services. We coordinate with law enforcement and the fire marshal as needed.
Do you provide written documentation from arrival?
Yes. Time-stamped arrival photos, scope notes, equipment placement, and initial moisture or damage readings are recorded from the first hour. This documentation is what carriers use to validate the emergency-services charges, so we don't skip it.
