Privacy Policy

Disaster Recovery Restoration LLC (“DRR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit godrr.com(the “Site”), call our dispatch line at (602) 228-9494, or engage our restoration services. By using the Site or our services you agree to the terms below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

We collect information you voluntarily submit through contact forms, the AI Restoration Industry Assistant, the Job Intake portal, service agreements, phone calls, text messages, and emails. This may include your name, company or property name, phone number, email address, property address, loss details, insurance information, and any message you send us.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we and our service providers may collect standard log data, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, secure authenticated areas, and measure site performance.

1.3 Call tracking

Calls placed to our published phone numbers may be routed through a call-tracking provider (CallRail) that records metadata such as caller number, call duration, timestamp, and ring group. Recordings of calls are made only when disclosed at the start of the call.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to service requests, emergencies, and estimates.
  • Dispatch field technicians and coordinate restoration work.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs, and property managers on your behalf.
  • Process payments and invoicing.
  • Improve the Site and our services.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

For individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract for services; (b) compliance with a legal obligation; (c) your consent (where required); and (d) our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business.

4. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA and GDPR

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to (i) request access to the personal information we hold about you, (ii) request correction of inaccurate information, (iii) request deletion of your information, (iv) request portability, and (v) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by the California Privacy Rights Act. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@godrr.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and we will respond within 45 days.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information only with (a) authorized employees and subcontractors performing restoration services on your behalf; (b) insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs, and property stakeholders with your permission; (c) vendors that help us run our operations (for example, Clerk for authentication, Sanity for content management, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic and OpenAI for AI processing, Resend and Twilio for messaging); and (d) law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

6. PHI and Healthcare Facilities

DRR may perform restoration work in healthcare environments subject to HIPAA. We do not request or process Patient Health Information through any public-facing form on this Site. If your restoration project involves PHI, we will execute a Business Associate Agreement and process information exclusively through secure, out-of-band channels.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law, carrier agreement, or statute of limitations applicable to restoration claims.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
