Scope of Work: Complete restoration of their executive office suite from water damage caused by underground fire riser pipe. The building structure, electrical components, office furniture, important documents, and server room were compromised.

- Extensive damage to structural components, walls and floor coverings, office furniture, documents, electronics and tools vital for their operation

- Set up air filtration devices and desiccant unit to stabilize the environment
- Set up temporary power generators for the building occupants to continue to run their serves after they were assessed
- Conducted the required environmental testing to assure a safe environment for occupants and workers
- Performed assessment of the entire building to identify all damage and create a scope of work
- Remove all damage building components and performed appropriate dry out process and disinfection
- Engineer assessed the structure damage and made recommendation to restore the building to be safe for occupancy
- Followed engineer recommendations and code upgrades required to restore the buildings to pre loss condition
